Payment waive-off can be applied only once per request. You can set a particular amount in this incentive. If the shopper has to pay any amount below that threshold, it will be waived.
A gift card incentive applies when a shopper has to get a refund. You can set this up so that if the shopper chooses a gift card, they will get some extra amount, either fixed or percentage.
