Purchase Catalog allows shoppers to configure a list of type, categories and collections that are allowed to appear while the shopper is shopping from your entire catalog.
Setup your defaults items available for purchase. Choose between Product type, categories and collections. Exclude products by tags & price.
Here, you will configure what shows up when a shopper decides to purchases any item in the store. Only the product types/category and collections you allow here will be visible to the shopper in the purchase catalog window.
One thing to keep in mind is that we are a complete mirror of your Shopify/WooCommerce Store. This means everything you have in Shopify/WooCommerce will show up in Return Rabbit, including all your collections, product types/categories, and so forth.
Add/Remove Product Types for Shopify
To Add or Remove product types, Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new product type, please head over to Shopify. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Product Category for WooCommerce
To Add or Remove a product category, simply Check and Uncheck it. If you want to add a completely new product category, please head over to WooCommerce to do so. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Collections
Similar to Product Types/Categories, to Add or Remove Collections, simply Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new Collection, please head over to Shopify to do so. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Product Based Restrictions
If you don't want certain products displayed in the purchase catalog, you can exclude them with product-based tags. For example, you can leverage tags like Top, Final Sale, Clearance, etc.
These tags are created in Shopify and automatically sync to Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Price Based Restrictions
If you don't want certain products below a certain price point displayed in the purchase catalog, you can exclude them here. For example, you can set the threshold for $50, and everything in your store under $50 will not be shown.
Show/Hide Digital Products
At the very bottom of the page, you can offer digital products like gift cards.
Toggle On or Off to control such products to be displayed as an purchase option.
