The Purchase Bonus Cash allows merchants to provide incentives to shoppers who choose to make a purchase while exchanging items. This feature is designed to encourage customers to purchase additional items while they create request for exchange or return for previous orders.

You can configure this with a value, and that amount will be waived off if the shopper decides to exchange with a higher-priced item. The amount that you will configure will be the maximum amount that can be waived off for an order, so it will only apply once.

Configure > Return Management >Purchases > Purchase Bonus Cash

Key Configurations:

1. Incentive Type:
   • Fixed Discount: A set dollar amount provided as an incentive.
   • Percentage Discount: A percentage discount applied to the purchase.
2. Value Field:
   • Percentage Discount: Enter the percentage value (e.g., 2%).
   • Fixed Discount: Enter the fixed amount (e.g., $2).
3. Cap for Incentive:
   • For Percentage Discount, merchants set a cap in dollar value, defining the maximum amount that can be discounted.
