Catalog Exchange enables shoppers to exchange a purchased product for any other product available in your store.
Customize your exchange options by selecting specific Product Types/Categories, Collections, or excluding items based on Tags, Price, or Sales Status
This section allows you to define what products are visible to shoppers when they choose to exchange an item. Only the product types/categories and collections you select here will appear in the shopper's exchange options.
Important: Return Rabbit mirrors your Shopify/WooCommerce store settings. Therefore, any updates made to your product types/categories, collections, or tags in Shopify/WooCommerce automatically sync with Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Product Types for Shopify
To Add or Remove product types, Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new product type, please head over to Shopify. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Product Category for WooCommerce
To Add or Remove a product category, simply Check and Uncheck it. If you want to add a completely new product category, please head over to WooCommerce to do so. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Collections
Similar to Product Types/Categories, to Add or Remove Collections, simply Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new Collection, please head over to Shopify to do so. Once it's complete, it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
