This is where you can edit your customer care information. This will be displayed in the shopper portal, so that the shoppers can contact you in some way if they want some help on their return process.
Head over to Configure —> Shopper Portal —> Customer Care. Select the pencil button to edit your support email and contact information. Please note that you can only edit these fields but not disable them. If you need to hide any of the below fields from shoppers, please reach out to us at support@returnrabbit.com
The customer care info is shared as a footer (bottom of page) on every page of your shopper portal.
